Cheryllee’s Shipping, Return & Exchange Policies
Shipping and Sales Tax
Orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. We are required to charge 6% sales tax on all taxable goods shipped to addresses in Pennsylvania, US only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of PA.
When should I expect delivery?
We work with several manufacturers. Products leave the warehouse anywhere from 2 days to 3 weeks. Custom orders could take several months. During heavy shopping seasons it may take a few days longer. After the product leaves the warehouse, standard UPS Ground shipping times apply, which depending on your location and the volume being handled by UPS at the time, is from three to seven business days within the USA, longer for international shipments.
We will inform you promptly if any products are backordered.
What about overnight delivery?
Overnight and second and third day shipping is available for an additional shipping charge. Please bear in mind that it may take a day or two for the manufacturer to ship the products from the warehouse in the first place. What if I want to return or exchange something?
Our products are top quality name brand merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase. You must notify us of your intent to return or exchange items.
· All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of reciept. Returns must be in the same condition as when it was shipped out, with ALL original materials and packing. If you ordered clothing (except custom orders) and are unhappy with the size/design, you can exchange it for another size provided the item has not been washed, worn, and is in original condition. We reserve the right not to accept returned goods if they are not in the condition specified.
· You are responsible for ALL shipping costs, which will include re-shipping the new item(s) to you.
· Due to the nature of our business, any returns for a full refund or exchange (less shipping and handling) will also be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
·If you received the wrong item or the item was defective/damaged you will incur no additional shipping charges.
·Items postmarked later than our allowance WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE AND WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER -- NO EXCEPTIONS!
· All sale items and custom orders are FINAL.
